Mr. W. Dale Dunlop serves as the Chairman of The Board of Bison Gold Resources Inc. and formerly served as the company Secretary until August 2014 and also served as its Treasurer. Dale Dunlop is a Barrister and Solicitor at Walker, Dunlop and was the past President of Mid-North Resources Limited (formerly Bison Gold). He grew up in the Canadian mining business living in mining camps in Newfoundland, Ontario and Manitoba. His father, W. Bruce Dunlop, is active in many explorations. Dale has hands on experience in base level exploration work from the age of 13 years onward. Since graduating from law school in 1976, he has been involved in many private and public mining ventures. He holds substantial interest in several private companies with mining holdings in Nova Scotia and elsewhere. Mr. Amir Mousavi , Director Mr. Mousavi is the Company's Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Company's Strategic Alternative Review Committee. Mr. Mousavi formerly served as Bison Gold's Chief Financial Officer and VP Corporate Development and has been with the Company since 2010. Having worked in the investment industry since 1992 in the areas of marketing, accounting and as a sell side analyst, Mr. Mousavi became registered as a Canadian Investment Manager, a Derivatives Market Specialist and a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute prior to becoming registered as Investment Council and Portfolio Manager with the Ontario Securities Commission between 2010 and 2011. Throughout his career, Mr Mousavi's direct efforts raised over $370 million for private equity funds, pooled trust funds, pension funds and for junior companies in the private and public sector. Mr. Mousavi's network includes Canadian and US bank underwriters, mezzanine financiers, bridge financiers, investment brokers and private investors. Mr. Mousavi has specific working experience with several small to mid capitalization companies in the mining and construction sectors assisting with financings, debt restructuring, corporate development and operations. David Benson, Director Mr. Benson is the Company's Vice President of Exploration and holds a B.Sc (hons) in Geological Sciences from the University of Manitoba. He is a Registered Professional Geoscientist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Manitoba. David has held a variety of intermediate to senior exploration positions, from grassroots to development-stage, with mining and exploration companies for over 10 years including Anglo American Exploration Canada, Falconbridge (Xstrata), Mustang Minerals, Rockcliff Resources and Laurentian Goldfields. Chris Carmichael, Director, Member of the Audit Committee Mr. Carmichael has been the CFO of Bison Gold from August 2007 to June 2011 and from August 2012 to present. Mr. Carmichael is currently the president of CRIS Inc., a company that provides a range of financial reporting, corporate secretarial and other services to TSX, TSX Venture Exchange, CNSX and pre-public companies. From 2003 to 2010, Mr. Carmichael was the CFO of GC-Global Capital Corp., a Canadian publicly listed merchant bank. Mr. Carmichael has been on a number of Board of Directors and has been an officer for a number of TSX Venture Exchange companies. Mark Robinson , Director, Member of the Audit Committee Mr. Robinson is a CFA charter holder and began his career in the investment industry in 1996, working for investment management companies such as Mackenzie Financial Corporation and more recently with INTAC (BVI) International Investments Limited, as the Chief Compliance Officer. While at Mackenzie Financial Corporation, Mr. Robinson was responsible for communicating with key centers of influence. This involved dealing directly with investors, brokers and mutual fund analysts. Mr. Robinson regularly presented at sales conferences, broker meetings and national mutual fund award ceremonies. He was also responsible for writing fund commentary and analysis, in addition to liaising with fund managers, senior management, and journalists alike. Mr. Robinson has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of: marketing, investment management, human resources, product management, compliance, investment advice, and financial controls. Mr. Robinson is approved by the BVI Financial Services Commission under the Approved Persons Regime and as a Tier 1 Compliance Officer.
